Practice Closure

We are saddened to announce that Mobility Matters will permanently close from the 28th July 2023. This is not a measure that has been taken lightly, but does, with regret, mean that we will be unable to provide ongoing hydrotherapy and physiotherapy care to your pet.

We apologise for the disruption to your pet’s treatment and recovery, and with this in mind, we are happy to help wherever we can, to find a suitable alternative.

We want to extend our thanks to Nancy and Holli who have provided a fantastic service at Mobility Matters and shown such dedication to all the animals in their care. As part of their ongoing commitment, they will remain available until 28th July to aid in the transition of care and to help with any concerns and queries you may have.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting Mobility Matters and for allowing us to work with your pets. It has been a privilege and we wish all our patients the very best in their ongoing recovery.

Should you have any questions before our closure, please do not hesitate to contact us via email to: ian.thomas@poolhousevets.co.uk, jennifer.england@poolhousevets.co.uk or jamie.newton@poolhousevets.co.uk.

Kind Regards

Ian Thomas                                                      Jamie Newton                                                 Jenny England
